The day will start at 11.00am with coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, serving as vital fuel for the 18 holes of golf that will follow! Tee offs will start at 12.00pm on the Lake and River courses, where you can expect demanding drives on the opening two holes of the River nine, and two exhilarating par 3s; the ninth on the River, where the green is situated beyond a mature willow tree which guards a lake, and the second on the Lake Course, known as the Island Hole. Then, that evening, sit back for a well earned rest in the Pavilion restaurant to enjoy a delectable three course dinner. There will also be a raffle of fabulous prizes including two tickets to a Brighton and Hove Albion game in the 1901 private function suite of the new Amex stadium.
Tickets cost £85 per person and are available to parents of all three schools, Old Brightonians, staff and their guests. To reserve your place, please email Kim Willis on m_kwillis@hotmail.com or 'phone 07947 119291. Entries from pairs and individuals welcome (we will select you a partner if you enter as an individual), and that means you too ladies! Golfers will play in a 4BBB format, so please do let us know if you have preferences for your 4 Ball. Places are limited, so please do register your interest as early as possible in order to secure your place.
We would also like to appeal to any individuals or companies willing to sponsor the prizes for overall individual winner, team winner, longest drive and nearest to the pin. Our sincere thanks go to Sussex Injury Clinics who are kindly sponsoring the light refreshments at the half way stage, ensuring our golfers are hydrated and rested before setting out for their second nine.
