Robert Paine (Graves Jenkins), Bertie Wilkins (H. 1975-78, Centurion Group), Duncan Wilks (Fortis Law) & Nick Muston (D. 1975-80, Austin Gray)

Local landlord and property company Centurion Group, together with London architect and development consultant Sprunt, are assisting Warings in establishing a presence in the seaside city. Ed explains “Brighton & Hove has a high level of demand for quality residential space and student accommodation and continues to raise its game in promoting to investors, purchasers, particularly first time buyers to enter into the market”.

Allison-Wright continues with support for Bouygues and Warings, “We are faced with a fantastic opportunity where a global developer has identified interest in our City. Bouygues has an unparalleled level of financial backing, experience and approach to corporate social responsibility, which can pioneer these previously lost and discarded opportunities. Centurion and Sprunt are delighted to play a part in helping this to happen”.

A series of quarterly events have been scheduled to bring together the public and private sectors, in order to generate ideas put forward by the local community; local authorities and other stakeholders.
