  1. When you were at Brighton College, what did you want to be when you ‘grew-up’?
My older brother (who also attended Brighton College) was very academic so when he wanted to do Law, so did I, that didn't last very long, infact it changed as soon as I was introduced to Theatre Studies at school.
  2. What are you now you've grown up?
    I'm an actress.
  3. What is your best memory of school?
The drama classes obviously!! Comedia de' arte with Mr. Probert.
  4. What was the best piece of advice you were given?
"If you get a job you love, it won't feel like work."
  5. What does your job involve?
You are always reading scripts - this could be for an audition you are preparing for or a role you are preparing for or research for a character. There is a lot of learning of lines, improvisation and creative thinking involved. Early call times and late rehearsals are a massive part of acting. It definitely requires having loads of confidence and self-belief.
  6. What are the most challenging parts of your job?
Being as truthful as you can with the character you are playing so it starts to look like behaviour and not acting.
Also, when you feel an audition went really well and you don't get the part that can be tough.
  7. What have you done that you are most proud of?
Having the courage to move to New York alone and not knowing anybody out there to persue my acting career.
I am proud of a lot of things I have done, for example; I have just been cast in a play that will be performing abroad called 'And Then They Came For Me'. It is a brilliant and touching play about the Holocaust, it is losely based on The Diary Of Anne Frank.
  8. What is the single thing that would most improve the quality of your life?
    Having my Grandmother back.
  9. What are the three objects you would take with you to a desert island?
Pen & Paper (I am counting that as one), Estee Lauder eight hour cream, the teddy I have had since I was a baby.
  10. How would you like to be remembered?
    As a successful woman!
