As a professional running coach with years of experience of coaching first class athletes around the globe, GP delivered a motivating lecture, and we hope he will return next year, when we are looking forward to holding the event out on the Home Ground so that we can put some of his ideas into practice straight off!

For those of you that missed the lecture, you can still benefit from GP's wealth of experience - his book "Run Tall, Run Easy" can be ordered from the runningbuzz.com website (we have a copy in the OB office, and it is well worth the investment!).

The Rockinghorse is a Brighton based charity, familiar to all locals for their wonderful efforts fundraising for sick children in Sussex.
