The evening of entertainment, organised by pupils, included a Champagne reception sponsored by Old Brightonians and a game of ‘match the baby photo to the leavers’. Pupils and their parents also watched video messages from the Head Master as well as their Housemasters and Housemistresses
Annabelle Lim (Ne. 2018-20) said of the dinner, “It really has been a miracle to arrange an event under such uncertain circumstances. Some of the challenges included balancing social distancing restrictions in seating plans.” She added that “Ultimately the dinner was a success and a fitting end to our secondary career.”
This year’s leavers have faced significant and unique challenges in their learning in the past few months, and as a year group they have overcome them remarkably. We wish all the leavers of 2020 the very best for the future.
