The team has now qualified for the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aries, Argentina in October and will compete from the 13th to the 15th of October against France, Samoa, Japan, Argentina and South Africa. It is the first Summer Youth Olympic Games to be held outside of Asia, and the first Youth Games to be held outside Eurasia.

Brighton has a strong rugby tradition dating back to its founding in 1845, and throughout its history numerous players have earned representative honours, both at schoolboy and first class level. But most importantly, the philosophy of our coaching at Brighton is to use Rugby to make every individual as good as they can be, both on and off the field to enable them to fulfil their potential in life.

If you would like to share any memories with us about your time playing Rugby at school, please join our OB Rugby Group on Brighton College Connect where you can also keep up to date with news on Rugby as well as events. We are always delighted to hear from our Old Brightonians and their news. At the moment we have a number of Old Brightonians playing for a variety of Rugby Teams both in the UK and internationally, which you can read more about here.
