John Polsue (Br. 1965-69) remembers his friend:

"Shaheer was in Bristol House with me from 1964 to 1969. He qualified as an accountant and eventually headed up the family firm Nawar & Co, founded by his father in Tripoli, Libya before it relocated to Cairo. Shaheer attended the university of Besancon, France, and lived in various parts of the world, principally in London and Hove as well as Portugal and Lebanon.
His parents predeceased him, although his mother died only last year. Sadly he had no siblings or family but enjoyed the company of a wide circle of loyal friends worldwide."
