Tom was an incredibly popular boy, someone who was, in the words of Ben Frier, his HMM "always looking to have fun".
Alongside his commitment to pursue a medical career, Tom was a wonderful athlete and runner. He represented the school at rugby, athletics, and cross country, and won most middle distance events at sports day, notably the 800m, his favourite event. In his final year, he won the school cross country race, memorably crossing the line together with his friend and training partner, Jack Witt (BCPS/Du. 2008-15).
Our thoughts and prayers are very much with his twin sister Emily (Ch. 2011-15), Tom's parents and their wider family and friends. If you would like to pass on any messages to the family via the College you can of course do so by emailing ob@oldbrightonians.com.
Emily will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of the charity 'Young Minds' on 25th March, if you would like to support her, please follow this link.
