World Record attempt at longest running BBQ

"The current record is 32Hrs non-stop with a single chef. We're aiming for 36 hours. I'm supplying the IT systems to record and stream the event live over the Internet using a modern satellite uplink and various other gizmos. It's being televised too and should be a fun event for families to attend anytime over the Monday and Tuesday. Hope to see you there!"
