Start date: April 2011

Graduate apprentice training period of 3 months:
Salary: £12000 basic OTE: £18000
Plus uncapped bonus of 20% on all sales over target.

Permanent, full time employed will be offered after successful 3 month period:
Salary: £18000 basic OTE: £24000
Plus uncapped bonus of 20% on all sales over target.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
Hour for lunch
Lunch time finish on Friday providing on track for target.

The successful candidate will join us in our Hove office and work alongside our current team of Regional Managers

You must be confident, determined, positive and persuasive, highly self motivated, focused, organised and have the ability to retain information. You need to be able to get on the phone to venues with a lot of confidence and excite them about our product so that they cannot resist booking with you.

Sales or marketing experience is not essential as full training will be given to the successful applicant.

We have been extremely successful at marketing the site, getting support from local education authorities, the government, the LOTC and many others which give us great credibility. In addition we are brilliant at site optimisation, getting traffic for over 60,000 key word searches on Google and all other search engines. Type into Google ‘school trip Brighton’ and you will see for yourself how easily we are found.

Our priority is to significantly grow the number educational visit providers on our site, whilst retaining all of our existing venues, by impressing them with outstanding results.
