Role:
• General day to day office tasks including managing office supplies, answering phones, courier liaison ad hoc coffee making for visiting clients etc.
• Ordering, collecting and delivering items - kit, footage, visa documentation etc.
• Investigating and booking travel and logistical arrangements for fieldwork jobs
• Assisting production team with kit organisation and distribution for fieldwork
• Assisting Business Development Director with research and acquiring potential new contacts to be investigated
• Assisting video editors with basic video editing, transcribing and marking up interview footage
• Liaison with interviewees regarding interviews
• Ad hoc administration
Skills required:
• Experience of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Proficient at computer typing
• Confidence in learning new computer programmes LinkedIn account to aid in assisting with business development research
• Confidence in London travel for collections and deliveries
Desired:
• Interest in photography / film / research industries
• Experience using Mac computers
• Previous knowledge of Aperture and/or FinalCut Pro
